Reports To: Media Production Manager.

Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media channels (especially Youtube, and Facebook)
Adapt designs for different formats: posts, stories, banners, ads, thumbnails, etc.
Create static visuals, animated posts, carousels, and interactive content tailored to each platform’s best practices
Collaborate closely with content creators, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding across all assets
Maintain and manage a structured digital asset library for efficient access and reuse
Stay updated on social media design trends, platform updates, and user interaction techniques
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and overall visual strategy
Handle feedback and revisions promptly to meet deadlines.

Proven experience as a graphic designer in a media production company, or digital agency
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and multi-platform campaigns
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and motion/animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
Ability to design for diverse formats and audiences, optimizing for engagement and clarity
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
