Job Description
- Manage and maintain the full IT infrastructure and digital assets of the employer.
- Understand the workflow of a localization agency and propose robust solutions to achieve maximum automation and quality.
- Work closely with operations and linguists to understand pain points and translate them into digital solutions.
- Design, develop and integrate internal tools to automate repetitive tasks and workflows, and enhance communication between all stakeholders.
- Build user-friendly dashboards for all developed solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions to optimize resource utilization and boost productivity, quality and profitability.
- Create and maintain well-documented, scalable code for internal and external tools.
- Develop relevant products and solutions to expand the employer's portfolio and value offering.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in both front-end (React/Vue/HTML/CSS) and back-end (Node.js, Python, or similar) development.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and experience integrating third-party platforms (e.g., CAT tools, ERP systems).
- Experience with AI/ML libraries or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, spaCy, translation models, quality estimation).
- Ability to design intuitive UIs/UX for internal tools and dashboards.
- Familiarity with translation industry standards (TMX, TBX, XLIFF) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and basic DevOps knowledge is a plus.
Bonus
- Experience in localization, NLP, or linguistic data annotation.
- Prior experience improving translation quality or consistency using software tools.
- Interest in building a full in-house LSP management platform (long-term ambition)
