• Job Details: Lead the Functions of the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management system; responsible for the Implementing & developing policies, procedures and objectives for all group premises.  Provide technical expertise, leadership, and support for all of company various facilities, departments, on regulatory compliance issues in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental. and maintain program management systems to ensure that company's various Safety, Health and Environmental certifications and compliance efforts are developed and continuously improved. include 3rd party certifications, ISO-14001, OHSAS 18001, Fairtrade etc...).  leads various internal organizational teams/committees that help develop company's Environmental & Safety mission, policies, and respective goals/objectives.  Promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all Company activities.  Communicate HSE procedures and standards to subcontractors.  Establish and maintain Safety manual and employee booklet.  Review the Company Health, Safety and Environment Policy Statements on an annual basis.  Advise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of these strategies.  Review and develop health and safety policies, procedures and guidance, in keeping with best Practice and make recommendations on their implementation and application.  Consult with senior managers and other line managers and give appropriate advice on formulating best-practice procedures.  Provide where necessary source, training for staff in relation to Health and Safety policies, practice and procedures.  Maintain accident statistics, analyze trends, propose and take remedial action where necessary.  Provide support on health and safety advice to the HSE committee.  Prepare monthly HSE reports to management Committees.  Monitoring,coaching and supervising HSE team in all related sites.  Improvement and maintain HSE system and all related documents.  Incident Reporting, investigation & root cause analysis using fish-bone technique.  Follow-up Emergency response plan &conduct mock drills for all potential cases.  Conduct Internal audit on regular basis according audit plan.  Ensure the compliance with legal &other requirements.  Prepare for external audits from clients &3rd. parties.
