Job Description
- Organize and oversee all security operations of the factory, and develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Dealing with security camera agencies and monitor & control factory cameras and ensuring periodic and required maintenance on time.
- Follow up on daily attendance of security officers and Housekeeping workers and ensure a record of it, and create related monthly invoices as per attendance.
- Deal with housekeeping agencies for offers yearly for both the factory and Head office.
- Dealing with security agencies for outsourcing security offers yearly.
- Manage company cars, arrange business trip requests, and control fuel consumption.
- Ensure renewing security and housekeeping contracts on time and the same for company car licenses
- Monitor expenses and invoices of securities, housekeeping, and car fuel and ensure work as per the budget.
- Create required daily and monthly reports related to security and Housekeeping.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from any discipline.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in related field.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good user of MS Programs.
