Our client is currently seeking a QA/QC Officer with proven experience in the cosmetics industry to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with GMP/ISO standards, and documentation related to Dubai/Sharjah Municipality approvals.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging, and finished products in line with GMP and ISO standards.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation and reports.
Coordinate with Dubai/Sharjah Municipality for product approval documentation and compliance.
Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and follow up on improvements.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring all quality processes meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely reporting of quality issues and maintain proper records.

Minimum 2 years of work experience as QA/QC in the cosmetics industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP/ISO standards and Dubai/Sharjah Municipality approval documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
