Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries specific to FMCG transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommendations for process improvements.
- Monitor inventory accounting and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Job Requirements
- familiar with ERP Odoo is a MUST.
- Experience with entering journal entries, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts.
- A high degree of accuracy in detail and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Other relevant skills, such as communication skills, problem-solving skills, or teamwork skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting role, preferably within the FMCG or Food & Beverage sector.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
