Job Description
- Record the daily Journal entries on the system.
- Assist in handling payables & receivables.
- Maintain accurate supporting documents for all entries.
- Daily update of bank reconciliation sheets to provide a clear view for the cash management.
- Assist with month-end close processes and provide the support for audits.
- Follow up the collections process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in accounting or finance.
- 3-5 years work experience, preferably in real estate developments.
- Good communication skills & teamwork.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles.
- Advanced Microsoft skills especially (Excel).
- Multi-tasking with organizational skills.
- Experience in ERP software like Odoo is a plus.
