Job Description
- Oversee all supply chain functions: procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and material planning.
- Ensure raw materials and trims are sourced and delivered on time to meet production schedules.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, and planning teams for material forecasting and demand planning.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure compliance with international trade, customs, and brand-specific logistics requirements.
- Analyze supply chain performance data and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team to meet operational goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position, ideally in garment/textile manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of sourcing, logistics, import/export regulations, and vendor management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain analytics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with international clients and global supply chain networks.
