Job Description
- Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and support operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, operations, and finance, to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout the supply chain process.
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and mentor supply chain team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
