Job Description
- Review Forecasting as per sales trend to ensure our sales trend perform on right track
- Define Deviations related to (Forecasting vs. Actual Safety Stock) to suggest right actions.
- Receive deviations analysis to review and confirm to deliver to related departments on required time.
- Communicate with different department to handle issues related to Planning department
- Communicate with developers’ team to handle issues related to planning system
- Conduct staff meeting to discuss team achievement and to define staff performance
- Conduct visits to (IMS) to gather required data related to company’s market share
- Prepare analysis reports related to business per (Items) to direct company about items need to enrollment into business.
- Develop required data related to business review to assist top management to define actual achievement.
- Review and define safety stock for (Business items) to ensure company achievement
- Define orders phasing based on business requirements to maintain company performance
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
- Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of pharmacy ,Supply Chain Management Logistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in demand planning software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and forecasting methodologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
