Job Description
To manage and oversee all purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices to support the company's operational and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute periodic purchasing plans based on inventory and sales needs.
- Source new local and international suppliers and evaluate quotations (technical and financial).
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchases, supplier performance, pricing, and stock.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize purchasing needs and expand supplier base.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Keep up with market trends and price fluctuations in cosmetics and medical products to make strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in cosmetics or medical supply sectors.
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Preference for candidates residing in Mokattam or nearby areas.
