Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Warlina Egypt, ensuring exceptional customer experience, maintaining safety and operational standards, managing staff, and delivering strong financial performance.
- Ensure the highest level of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage branch staff (supervisors, play attendants, sales, receptionists).
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for events, promotions, and birthday parties.
- Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and submit financial reports.
- Implement company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Report operational challenges and solutions to upper management.
- Lead and motivate the team towards achieving sales and operational targets.
Job Requirements
- Supervise daily operations of the kids’ entertainment center
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in managing kids' play centers, entertainment parks, or family amusement areas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of child safety standards and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Full-time availability and flexibility for weekends/holidays if needed.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
