Job Description

Task & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, ensuring the delivery learning services.
  • Monitor and support users' learning progress, providing timely feedback, resolving any issues, and assisting them in achieving their educational goals.
  • Drive user renewals, focusing on improving renewal rates by proactively managing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Execute work plans and achieve monthly renewal sales targets, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, expand customer resources, and actively promote user recommendations and referrals.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experiences as a Customer Care Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English language in both reading and writing.
