Job Description
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Strong customer service mindset
- Solid understanding of branch operations, including sales, administration, and compliance
- Good knowledge of relevant financial and banking regulations (if applicable)
