Job Description
- Design and execute contests, promotions, and process/product innovations to support the Channel/Sales team in sourcing new Merchant Accounts.
- Present and promote company offerings to merchants, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to expand and grow the business.
- Create sales schedules for the servicing team, track progress, and present performance results.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing merchant relationships.
- Lead the development and growth of the sales and support teams to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in the same position.
- Having a good portfolio is highly preferable.

- Awareness of the importance of the effect of the products' prices on the sales level per branch and the warehouse operations
