Job Summary:
The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch clinic to ensure smooth workflow, optimal patient experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires close coordination with medical staff, administrative employees, HR, finance, marketing, and call center teams to deliver quality healthcare services and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Coordination:
- Follow up with doctors immediately after each clinic session to identify and resolve any on-the-spot issues.
- Monitor and reduce patient waiting times in the outpatient department (OPD).
- Oversee OPD housing and patient flow to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage doctors’ schedules in the system, ensuring optimal coverage and timely appointments.
- Operational Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze system reports including patient volume, revenue, maintenance status, and any doctor delays.
- Review and correct any errors related to signatures or documentation.
- Attendance & Compliance:
- Track attendance of doctors and all branch employees to ensure punctuality and presence.
- Conduct regular employee evaluations to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure employees comply with uniform and dress code policies.
- Staff Supervision and Coordination:
- Oversee nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct weekly meetings with all branch employees to discuss updates, issues, and improvements.
- Purchasing and Inventory:
- Manage purchasing orders for branch supplies and equipment, coordinating with relevant departments for approvals and inventory control.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Liaise with marketing and call center teams to address patient inquiries and improve service outreach.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments regarding staffing, payroll, and other administrative matters.
Job Requirements
- Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- BS in Business Administration or related field
