Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate engineering and construction contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to clarify contract terms and resolve contractual issues.
- Monitor contract execution and performance, ensuring all parties meet their obligations and project milestones are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing recommendations for risk management and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
- Support the procurement team in vendor selection and management, ensuring contractual obligations are clearly defined.
- Conduct contract close-out procedures, including final audits and documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices affecting engineering contracts.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth contract administration.
Job Requirements
- BSC in Civil Engineering
- Wide Experience in Contracting from 1-3 years
- Extensive experience in supervising projects to make sure that the contract terms address all of the client’s requirements
- Sound knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents, monthly reports, intern and final payment applications
- Good at interpreting Contractual terms
- Good convincing skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English for daily communication
