We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC 5-Axis Machine Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Performing both software and hardware maintenance on CNC 5-axis machines.
Demonstrating a strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies, especially 3D printers and related systems.
Conducting product presentations at events, scientific days, and exhibitions.
Leading and managing the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Engaging in self-learning to operate and troubleshoot unfamiliar equipment such as 3D printers and 3D scanners.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in CNC 5-axis machine maintenance (both hardware and software).
Strong technical background with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies independently.
Previous exposure to 3D printing or scanning equipment is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership capabilities and experience in managing service teams.
Ability to travel and represent the company at external events and exhibitions.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
