Job Description

The marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist, is responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. Their duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing a company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans through all digital marketing platforms.
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data.
  • Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
  • market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
  • Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
  • Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
  • Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
  • Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits
  • Undertaking competitor research and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in sales/marketing, or a similar qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would be advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology
  • in-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour, as well as industry trends and innovation.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an IT sales environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

Additional Requirements

  • Position Title: Marketing Specialist
  • Employment: Full Time
  • Office hours: 8 am to 5 pm (unless assigned to stay later fulfilling work requirements)
  • Working days: Sunday through Thursday, with weekends on Friday and Saturday. Work-related obligations sometimes require weekend attendance
  • Location: In Front Of Mall Of Arabia - Sixth El Syahia - 6 October City, Giza, Egypt
