Job Description
- Content Development: Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content across various platforms, including social media, websites.
- Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and post content that reflects the brand identity of MASAR Architects on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Copy writing: Write compelling captions, blog posts, and articles that resonate with the target audience.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of content through metrics and provide reports on engagement, reach, and impact to optimize future strategies.
- Timely Submission: Ensure all content tasks and projects are completed and submitted by the assigned deadlines, maintaining a consistent workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire marketing team, including videographers, designers, and social media managers.
- Content Planning & Calendaring: Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring that each piece of content supports marketing goals and is strategically timed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media tools and basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
