Job Description
- Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.
- Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
- Quantity Survey all architectural, structural, Landscape works for the tender package.
- Preparing financial and technical offers for civil and architectural aspects of various BOQs.
- Computing the cost of all construction items by analyzing the labor, material, overhead, profit and time requirements & presenting a tender price.
- Prepare and submit the variation orders (VO) with Quantity take-off, cost estimation (CE) and rate analysis with all supporting documents.
- Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, review tender documents and contract to be able to follow up on materials required.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree “Civil/ Architect Engineering”
- 5+ Years of Experience in Tendering and cost estimation
- Main work Experience in Construction
- Proven Experience in QS
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
