Omni's is Hiring a Sales Associate
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Receive payments, issue receipts promptly, and provide professional cash point service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, following the company's after-sales policy.
- Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge.
- Keep display and stock areas clean and organized.
- Accurately entering customer details into the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via Instagram, email, phone calls, and messages.
- Achieve The monthly assigned sales targets
- Prepare online orders, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexible and Reliable.
- Excel is a MUST
- Experience in using POS system
