Job Description
- Managing network and network security infrastructure.
- Designing and implementing new network & network security solutions.
- Designing and implementing LAN/WAN solutions
- Configuration and implementation of new projects.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Maximizing the network security infrastructure to comply with ISO 27001.
- Interacting to comply with the PCI network requirements.
- Interacting to comply with the GDPR network requirements.
- Defining routine healthy checks, and configuration backup.
- Executing the network documentation.
- Upgrading the software of the network and network security devices.
- Security patching of the network devices to mitigate the vulnerabilities.
- Studying system enhancement, maintenance, upgrades, integration, analysis, design, implementation, etc. to offer our customers with up-to-date reliable solutions.
- Evaluation of products and vendors related to the Data network and network security.
- Preparing regular reports regarding the Data network performance.
- Analyzing and ensuring the reliability of the different Telecom systems on a regular basis to provide highest level of performance, availability, and security.
- Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability.
- Analyzing security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Working with other IT professionals to ensure the overall security of the organization's systems and data.
Job Requirements
- BSc in communications, networks & electronics engineering.
- A minimum of one year of experience.
- Gender: Male
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and IT systems.
- Desired certifications: CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP Routing & Switching.
- Extra related certificates are a plus.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Very good multidimensional security understanding.
- Very good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, and switching).
- Very good understanding of network traffic security concepts & products.
- Hands-on experience in the following systems:
- Cisco Routers, Switches, Access Points, WLC, ISE & Firewalls.
- Juniper Routers, Switches & Firewalls.
- Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Fortinet Firewalls.
- F5 WAF.
- Pulse Secure “Ivanti”.
- Network Monitoring tools.
