Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain PAM solutions to manage and monitor privileged access to critical systems and applications.
- Secure infrastructure and data using tools such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, WAFs, VPN, NAC, sandboxing, encryption technologies, and endpoint protection.
- Administer and optimize security solutions including web gateways, mail gateways, LTM, DB security tools, and other related systems.
- Evaluate and tailor use cases and test scenarios for security technologies (e.g., antivirus, antimalware, CDR, sandbox).
- Ensure PAM policies and controls align with compliance requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies across various domains, including network security, application security, endpoint security, and data security
- Practical experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Robust knowledge in using security tools such as IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and encryption tools , web gateway , WAF , LTM , Mail gateway , DB security , VPN ,NAC,Sandbox,...etc
- In depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Understanding of emerging security trends and technologies such as (containerization security , zero trust , cloud security, DevSecOps)
- Good knowledge about switching and routing concepts with a considerable hand on experience.
- Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network issues.
- Familiarity with best practices for securing web application and APIs architecture, frameworks, and technologies.
- Familiar with different capabilities of security controls, such as Antivirus , Antimalware , CDR, sandbox ,… and ability to tailor use cases and testing scenarios for testing such technologies.
Ability to document network design and doing capacity sizing and planning for existing infrastructure
