Job Description

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues faced by employees, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  3. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and utilities.
  4. Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and other systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  5. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  7. Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and ensure business continuity.
  8. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for system and process improvements.
  9. Train employees on the proper use of hardware, software, and systems to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
  10. Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate documentation and proper asset management.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Information technology
  • 1-2 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
