Job Description
1. Respond to the complaints and requests of the sales department for card holders on the CRM system.
2. Respond to complaints and requests for sales management directed through electronic platforms.
3. Coordinate between sales representatives and card holders to solve problems related to completing the papers for card activation- Increasing the credit limit or issuing a new card.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- (1 : 3) Years of working experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
