Job Description
IT Helpdesk Specialist with a 2 to 3 Years of Experience is required for Al Tawfeek Leasing Company . (Location: Sheikh Zayed) .
The candidate will also serve as a backup systems administrator and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and availability of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to IT help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and maintenance.
- Assist in system performance monitoring and security implementations
- Document support processes and maintain user manuals.
- Adhere to internal IT and corporate policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications needed :
- 2 to 3 Years Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, networking, and databases
- Familiar with network equipment (AVAYA, HP, FortiGate)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues
-Good command of the English Language.
