Job Description
- Create detailed sales business plans
- Research and identify prospects and new business leads
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Make proper presentations for new/existing clients and negotiate and close sales deals as per the set goals.
- Provide superior customer service and after sales support.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client/merchant success and satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs
- Work autonomously on increasing his/her number of clients through on-going prospecting of new prospects.
- Suggest and plan special operations and creative ideas with Category Manager.
- Maintaining relationships with the existing customer base through office visits meetings, check-up calls, or follow-up emails
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-5 years of experience in field of sales.
- Must have a valid driving license and his/her own vehicle.
- Strong in communication skills, both oral and written in Arabic
