Job Description
• Greet and welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Log visitor entries and issue visitor badges if required.
• Support administrative staff with photocopying, filing, and scanning tasks.
• Schedule appointments and meeting room bookings.
• Ensure proper communication between reception and internal departments.
• Handle emergencies and redirect appropriately.
• Coordinate office cleanliness and ensure workplace readiness in cooperation with the office boy.
• Monitor kitchen and office supply stock and request replenishment when necessary.
• Support office setup and organization when required.
Job Requirements
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and attitude (Presentable).
· Good English level (spoken and written).
· High communication and collaboration skills.
· Organization and time management.
· Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email).
· Bilingual: Arabic and English.
