Job Description

Relief Psychology Center is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. 

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude.

2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.

3. Schedule client appointments and manage the booking system.

4. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling paperwork.

6. Process payments and handle billing inquiries.

7. Communicate effectively with clients, clinicians, and colleagues.

8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

9. Assist with managing office supplies and inventory.

10. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations within the center.

11. Provide information about the services offered at the center to potential clients.

12. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Job Requirements


**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
