Job Description

  1. Manage and prioritize all day to day operations for the reception.
  2. Dealing with a wide variety of people and queries in a helpful and courteous manner, being sympathetic to the various needs of visitors and employees.
  3. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person and office.
  4. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  6. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  7. Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  8. Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  9. Controls the reception area activities and general outlook to make sure that the reception is tidy and clean all the time.
  10. Responsible for booking the meeting room upon calendar availability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from any discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
