Job Description
- Manage and prioritize all day to day operations for the reception.
- Dealing with a wide variety of people and queries in a helpful and courteous manner, being sympathetic to the various needs of visitors and employees.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Controls the reception area activities and general outlook to make sure that the reception is tidy and clean all the time.
- Responsible for booking the meeting room upon calendar availability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
