Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique investment needs.
  • Present and promote tailored investment solutions and services to clients, aligning offerings with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.

Job Requirements

  • 2-6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment solutions, financial products, or related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for client meetings and events.
