Job Description
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and tactical oversight to the facility, which includes all production operations and the related support functions directly or indirectly (Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain/ Warehousing, Procurement, Technical Services, etc)
- Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the site and product goals Job
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, regulators and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain an effective organization through effective selection, training, leadership and management
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Pharmacy, or Bachelor of Science Degree required.
- MBA certificate is a must.
- 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, and 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager is this must ).
- Fluency in English.
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
- Good leadership capabilities.
- Organizational Awareness.
