It is also one of the fastest-growing pharmaceutical manufacturers in the MENA region.EVA Pharma is looking to have a highly energetic, organized "Plant Manager - Limitless Site (Food Supplements) " to join EVA Pharma Team.Please check the following questions:1- Have you previously led plant operations in a food supplement manufacturing setting, focusing on optimizing efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering teamwork and driving continuous improvement?2- Do you possess the necessary experience to ensure strict regulatory compliance, robust quality control, and efficient supply chain management within a food supplements manufacturing facility?3- Have you successfully devised and executed strategies to prioritize product development and innovation while upholding high standards of quality and regulatory compliance?Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in engineering.* * Proven experience 10+ years in a senior management role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in the food supplements.* Demonstrated success in leading production teams and optimizing plant operations to achieve efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations.* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.* Fluency in English.
