Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Django Backend Developer to join our team. As an integral member of our technical unit, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital platforms and ensuring seamless integrations for our pharmacy partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Django-based web applications.
- Develop and maintain our Django RESTful API to ensure robustness, scalability, and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration.
- Utilize web sockets to maintain real-time connectivity for our applications. Experience with Daphne is a plus.
- Implement asynchronous processes to optimize platform performance. Familiarity with Celery and Redis is an advantage.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to maintain code quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team in brainstorming, designing, and implementing new features.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Django Backend Developer.
- Expertise in Django RESTful API development is crucial.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
- Proven experience with web sockets. Familiarity with Daphne will be considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of asynchronous processes, preferably with experience in Celery and Redis.
- Preferably proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
