Job Description
- Strategic Planning responsible for developing and implementing distribution strategies that align with the company's overall goals. This includes optimizing logistics, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordination with collaborates with other departments such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure that distribution plans meet customer demands, and inventory levels are maintained.
- Performance Monitoring Regularly assessing the efficiency of distribution processes is essential. This involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to improve operations.
- Cost Management managing budgets related to distribution operations, seeking ways to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- Communicating smoothly with the operations team to achieve the company's distribution goals effectively and at a reasonable cost
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in distribution/logistics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Must have experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management, route planning, and last-mile delivery.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
