Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company’s construction projects.
- Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Establish KPIs and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project management, technical office, and finance departments to ensure seamless material flow.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate high-value contracts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies related to supply chain operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a construction company.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, suppliers, and logistics operations.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
