- We are seeking a driven and focused Telesales Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and be confident when speaking to customers. The focus of the role is to call customers, advise of the availability of services available for purchase, and entice customers to buy the service.

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services using scripts
- Answer questions about company services or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the BDM when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- From 2:3 years of Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints is a plus
- Previous work in the software or technology field is a plus.
