Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote automotive spare parts and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from a diverse range of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, European, and American automotive spare parts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales management team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position ElEzaby Automotive’s products.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
