Job Description
- Greet and receive customers at the service center professionally
- Understand and interpret customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Prepare job cards, service requests, and coordinate with workshop teams
- Ensure accurate communication of mechanical issues between the customer and technicians
- Follow up with customers on service status, approvals, and delivery timelines
- Maintain clear and organized service records and documentation
- Support the service manager in day-to-day front-desk operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- Strong understanding of basic automotive mechanics and mechanical systems
- Fluency in English (reading and writing) is essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a service center is a strong advantage
