Job Description
- Conducting thorough inspections of Diagnosis, Mechanical parts to identify areas of concern and repairs.
- Investigate Body & Paint inspection, identify any previous accidents.
- Managing the end-to-end inspection process for vehicles to ensure they meet Fit&Fix Standards.
- Inspecting passenger vehicles in the service center / remote locations according to the planned schedule.
- Achieving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned to the role, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, and effectively managing the inspection process.
- Embracing a dynamic work environment and actively participating in professional growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of after-sales experience, vehicle inspection, or relevant experience in the Automotive industry.
- A good level of experience in Vehicle Inspection/Assessment.
- Previous experience in an automotive inspection role is a plus.
- Previous experience in body and paint repairs is an advantage.
- Extensive understanding and sound use of OBD Diagnostic Tools.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
