Job Description
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting for vehicles to identify faults.
Carry out repair and maintenance tasks as per company guidelines.
Support customers and workshop teams with technical expertise.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of service activities.
Collaborate with spare parts and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct service campaigns and follow up on warranty repairs.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in automotive service engineering.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, electronic).
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
