Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance for Mercedes MP3 and MP4 trucks.
- Utilize DAS diagnostic system to identify faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Analyze diagnostic reports and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Supervise and ensure proper execution of all repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards.
- Coordinate with the operations department to maintain high vehicle availability.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and monitor the usage of spare parts.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training for technicians when needed.
- Comply with all safety and occupational health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power or Automotive section preferred).
- Minimum 3 years to 5 Years of hands-on experience working with Mercedes-Benz MP3/MP4 trucks.
- Proven experience using DAS (Diagnostic Assistance System) for fault detection and repair.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck systems: air brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical systems.
