Central Warehousing Senior Manager

The Central Warehousing Manager should manage Central operations of offloading & goods receipt, warehousing & Storage operations and central operations of goods delivery to internal & external customers

• Ensure that storage, retrieval, dispatch of materials are run efficiently at the finished goods warehouses 
• Ensure and follow up the efficient running of all related stock Maintenance process and regulations adhering to the prepared procedures and work instructions. 
• Track KPIs for the warehouse operations. 
• Create the monthly stock capacity plan based on company monthly target sales volume. 
• Cooperate with concerned departments to achieve company goals in satisfying customers. 
• Responsible for preparing & controlling the procedures and work instructions that keeps the operations running smoothly and strictly.
• Implement Improvement plans for the warehousing operations
• Review & Assess performance progress of all subordinates. 
• Implement a development plan for warehouse staff.
• Ensure that subordinates implement proper workplace health / safety / security standards at all vehicles warehouses.
• Manage the warehouse subordinates to meet warehouse targets (cost, data accuracy and timelines, safety, etc.) and to ensure appropriate support to customers.
