Location: El Basatin, Cairo, Egypt (Work from Office)

Salary: Gross basic 9,000 ~ 15,000 EGP + unlimited commission

Working Hour:

Sun~Thu：12pm~9pm  Friday off 

Sat：12pm~4pm

Tasks & responsibilities

-Communicate with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase renewal conversion rates.

-Maintain and follow up with customers, understand their learning needs, and provide personalized renewal suggestions to improve student retention.

-Monitor students’ learning progress, analyse learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.

-Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
