Implements programs to ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and regulations internationally within the organization to meet the highest quality standards.
Ensures the implementation of quality levels inside the warehouse including receiving and storage principles to ensure product safety and the highest quality standards are met.
Investigates deviations and errors in the process for continuous improvement to ensure that they have been thoroughly investigated, recorded, and justified.
Implements and ensures the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures are maintained to fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001.
Implements and reviews the requirements of Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), good storage conditions, First Expire First Out (FEFO) principle, and environmental controls of goods to maintain storage quality standards.
Creates required warehouse corrective and preventive action) CAPA) and follows up assessments and related investigation with compliance unit to maintain quality standards.
Follows up and monitors the temperature of the refrigerators, the temperature in the different areas inside warehouses, data logger’s installations, and the quality of distribution trucks to guarantee a quality tracking system.
Follows up maintenance procedures and processes of refrigerators, air conditioning, and all storage equipment within the warehouse to avoid any maintenance problem and ensure the safety of storage.
