Job Description
- Identify and engage prospective clients to promote MetLife - Egypt’s insurance products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned timeframes.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding policy options, coverage, and claims processes.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
