Safety Assistant

About us:

• We are a US based logistics company that focuses on the trucking industry, we move freight all over the US. We are starting a service centre in Cairo, Egypt to support our office in the US
• Please note that the job will be preformed from the office and the hours will be according to the central time (8 am to 5 pm) equivalent to  3 pm to 12 am Egypt Time. 

We are actively looking to hire a safety assistant that will be assisting our safety department and maintaining its aligned with the regulations and compliance per the department of transportation.

Experience is preferred but not a must. The candidate should be willing to join a hyper dynamic environment and willing to learn fast and keep up with the requirement of compliance.

Intensive training will be offered before starting the job. Work will be in the office located in New Nozha.

Duties:

• Maintain a clean E-Log record for all drivers
• Maintain record of all equipment and document's expiration date
• Maintain record of all drivers and their document's expiration date
• Complete the hiring process from A to Z for new driver/owner operator
• Process the drug screening for new employment and random for current
• Able to learn and research requirement of the DOT and adhere the rules
