Review logistics invoice/claims and •submit them to accounting on time.
•Settle payments with customs clearance agent.
•Requested form 4 from finance department.
•Following cost analyses in daily report.
•Following cash flow and advanced payments.
•Reporting to the logistics manager on daily paces.
•Collecting form 4 once finish at bank.
•Going to GAFI to stamp invoices.
•Going to Airport to deliver documents to MTS/DBS etc.
•Archiving responsibility.
•Reporting to the logistics manager on daily paces.
Job Requirements
• Career Level: specialist
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous experience in payments.
• Good in English language.
• Chinese speaker.
