To support its strong growth in Egypt, SIAMP Egypt recruits a projects sales.

  • Organizes external trainings and learning sessions to boost future specification opportunities and brand awareness with consultants, developers and architects (lunch and learn, periodical training sessions with current customers, product launch events)
  • Actively supports product selection in tender stage to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of sales performance
  • Identify projects opportunities, initiate all relevant contacts to position the brand and its products/solutions on projects, secure the specifications and finalize new deals/references 
  • Understand market trends and share relevant information with Local Product Managers for future product developments
  • Supports the implementation of new activities to improve product effectiveness for establishing a stronger presence in the Egypt market
  • Attend networking events with Architects and Designers to promote the company Brand
  • Encourage the product management team for product improvement or innovative ideas
  • Supports the key customers and sales team to specify and apply the right product with the best solution.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project/specification sales, in building equipment and sanitaryware/water solutions in buildings ideally
  • Existing network with builders, contractors, consultants
  • References of projects finalization
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target in the field of sanitary ware and projects
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in the field of sanitary ware, projects and building equipment
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Good command of English language; written and spoken.
